Song Hye Gyo Has Taken Legal Action Against 41 Netizens

Actress Song Hye Gyo has been reported that she already taken legal action by suing 41 netizens for defamation character.

The problem started when some 41 netizens, spreading the rumors of the actress to have a "sponsor relationship" (sex relationship in exchange of money) with a politician back in 2008 to December 2011. Hye Gyo legal team submitted this case for lawsuit at the Seoul Central District Court, in following the action, Kangnam Police Station has been assigned the case for further investigation.

Her legal team representative said, “Although Song Hye Gyo had known that false rumors were being spread for almost four years, she had hoped for the netizens to stop on their own. However, the level of defamation had reached a point which she could no longer stand it, and thus, she has decided to take legal action.”

This could be her first step to clear her name as her birthday will coming on 26th February, and fans hope she could overcome the case. In the mean time Song Hye Gyo will be leaving Korea to filming her new movie in China.
