Kpop top 3 agencies, SM, YG and JYP Entertainment recently revealing their annual report sales revenue of 2011.
SM Entertainment placed 1st spot for their sales revenue, Girls' Generation, TVXQ, Super Junior, SHINEE, f(x), etc had recorded total sales revenue in 2011 for total 100 billion Won ($85 million USD). While the annual salary of their employees in 2011 ranged on 22.39 million Won ($19,000 USD) to 29.9 million Won ($25,400 USD).
According to FSS (Financial Supervisory Service) electronic disclosures system the annual sales revenue from 2011 total reach 109,936,173,878 Won ($93 million USD), which it overwhelming value if its compared to the annual salary of the company.
While YG Entertainment placed 2nd with majorly sales revenue from Big Bang and 2NE1 in 2011 with total 62,548,698,489 Won ($52.9 USD), which total employees annual salary of 24.16 to 26.12 million Won ($20,500 to $22,000 USD).
JYP Entertainment placed 3rd with 2011 total sales revenue of 9,900,002,265 Won ($8.38 million USD), which less compared to SM or YG due to their popular artists signed in subsidiary agencies. JYP Entertainment's employees annual salary in 2011 reach 10.75 to 22.61 million Won ($9.100 to $19.200 USD).
