Dal Shabet leader, Viki (Kang Eun Hye) finally make her decision to leave the group, as she announces her official withdrawal to pursue a solo career.
According to Dal Shabet's agency, Happy Face Entertainment on 24th May, Viki has decided to withdrawal from the group and preparing for her solo career. An official stated, "Viki who debuted with Dal Shabet in 2011 has made a final decision to withdrawal from the group". The official added, "It's too late to persuade her to come back to the group when she already determined to pursue her dream".
Viki herself has made her announcement through her fan-cafe on 24th May, as she wrote, "I have been enjoying and having so much fun working as a Dal Shabet's leader, thank you for fans as they make me happy through this time. I'll be back soon, so please look forward to my solo album".
Vicky last appearance with Dal Shabet will be on 26th May, "Youth Creative Carnival" in Malaysia and "2012 Yeosu Expo" closing ceremony on 27th May.
Dal Shabet itself will be holding an audition to recruit the 6th member in replacing Viki position, and will be scheduled on 7th June. So far, Dal Shabet has exist on Kpop industry by released 4 albums, "Supa Dupa Diva", "Pink Rocket", "Bling Bling" and "Hit U".
