FT. Island Set Their Own New Record With Their 2nd Japanese Album "Twenty"


Kpop rock band FT. Island who recently released their second Japanese album "Twenty" has set their own new record for album sales in a week in Japan.

"Twenty" has been released on 16th May and placed 3rd on Japanese respective music site, Oricon daily music chart and only beaten by Japanese rock band, Mr. Children who placed first and second on the chart.

With this 3rd placed on Oricon, FT. Island has set their own new record with selling more than 41,000 copies in the first week, and able to keep the competition with the local artists. The most important one with the main track, "Stay" was been composed by the member Jonghyun is already making its move the chart.


In addition with "Neverland" this new album has total 11 tracks which including, Japanese version from their Korean hit, "Satisfaction" and English version of bonus track, "Hit The Sands". "Twenty" also came with three type of limited edition, original version, DVD version and with photo book version.


Meanwhile, FT. Island upcoming Japanese concert will be held on 24 June to 8 July in four cities in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukui), which taken titled as "FT. Island Summer Tour 2012 - Run! Run! Run!".
