내 머리 속의 지우개 Literally mean Eraser in My Head is a 2004 South Korean film based on a 2001 Japanese television drama Pure Soul broadcast by Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation. It stars Son Ye-jin (Su-Jin) and Jung Woo-sung (Chul Soo). A Moment to Remember follows the theme of discovery in a relationship and the burdens of loss caused by Alzheimer's disease. The movie was officially released on November 5, 2004 in South Korea.

A snobbish producer willing to take a documentary movie, by following the man who thinks that he was a Superman (played by Hwang Jung Min) in previous life. Song Soo Jung (played by Jun Ji-hyun) was a reporter who filming the real life of Superman wannabe man. Soo Jung found out the man real name as Lee Hyuk Suk and felt bitterness as well. She found that Lee Hyuk Suk was an asylum patient having serious treatment for Schizophrenia.
