2NE1 to Hold Their First World-Tour Called "New Evolution"

YG Entertainment's top girl group, 2NE1 has been reported to hold a world-tour series for their comeback this year which called, "New Evolution".

2NE1 will be scheduled to kick off their world tour by holding a concert at Olympic National Stadium in Seoul on 29th July, as well as the concert in the following seven countries within 10 cities in the world. 

Since debuted in 2009, 2NE1 has rapidly increased in popularity, as they achieved the the world best newcomer group from MTV IGGY last year. They also had shown their popularity in Europe, specially in France, where they had been selected as the most favorite Kpop group by the French.

Following their label-mate, Big Bang who already held a world tour series, 2NE1 is also expected to drew some fans attention, moreover they will become the first Kpop girl group who hold a world-tour series.

An official from YG Entertainment remarked, "2NE1's upcoming world tour will be titled, 'NEW EVOLUTION'. Its provide an advance stage than previous 2NE1's concert, they will also showcasing they individual talents. We are currently preparing for the world-tour concert, specially for the staffs which responsible for every aspect from the upcoming concert. We will make sure the concert will be a world class and performed by a world class artist too".

The official added, "We have scheduled the concert in seven countries within 10 cities around the world, but we will considered to adding more domestic cities performance if necessary".
