Jang Dong Gun, Kim Ha Neul and More Became SM Entertainment Family

Jang Dong Gun, Kim Ha Neul, Han Ji Min and more had been joined and became part of SM Entertainment's family.

On September 19th, SM Entertainment, house of Girls' Generation and Super Junior through its subsidiary, SM C&C has conducted a merger with AM Entertainment, the house of famous actors like, Jang Dong Gun and Kim Ha Neul.

SM C&C's decision has been purposed to expand into one of Asia's largest video contents and drama production center, in order to gain and managing as a global acting management business. An official from SM C& C stated, "With this merger we could create a lot more excitement of various and wide range international activities in acting management."

Kim Young Min, a SM C&C representative remarked, "AM's hallyu stars had played a big role in video and acting management business. We hope to achieve Asian market with this merger."
