The recent raising Kpop girl group, T-ara has already set up a plan due to the increasing of popularity their receive during 2011 by opening their own official fan club.
The official fan club was initially needed due to the lacking fan club, which never been established by their agency's CEO. As reported, T-ara agency's CEO Kim Kwang Soo was never established any of fan club for the artists he managed, including T-ara. The girls had begged several times for to make an official fan club, but never been a green light signed by Kim Kwang Soo.
The tradition of not establishing any fan club seemed melting down, when he saw the girls popularity increasing rapidly due to their latest top chart single, "Lovey Dovey", which gain number one in many music site and TV programs.
Hence, on January 21st, Kim Kwang Soo spoke with Star News and shared, “I still believe that a popular artist should not be limited to a specific group of fans; instead, they should receive love from the masses. The members of T-ara have always asked to create a fan club whenever there was an opportunity. I know that T-ara felt lonely while other artists received support from their individual fan clubs. However, I did not create one because I felt that T-ara needed to become a stronger group who attracts the interest of the people.”
Furthermore he added, “After ‘Roly-Poly‘, ‘Cry Cry‘ and ‘Lovey Dovey‘, I feel like T-ara has officially become a popular girl group. That’s why I decided to discontinue my 30-year tradition and make a fan club for them.”
The serious decision from Kim, implemented by begin form a large fan club and scheduled to be completed around the summer. The decision forming a fan club for T-ara seemed quietly without the girls noticed yet. He hopes that the project would be a good Lunar New Year's gift for them.
