The 2012 will be a major breakthrough for the three most popular Hallyu artists, Girls' Generation, Wonder Girls and 2NE1. The fact is that in this year three of them will prepare for US debut albums.
Girls' Generation who was featured at NPR (National Public Radio of America) December 2011, have already begun selling reserved copies of their "The Boys" (English version) special album online. The girls will releasing "The Boys" special album on 17th January.
Wonder Girls by the way, will be releasing their single “The DJ is Mine” on January 11th. This single will be released through their Teen Nick TV Movie, "THE WONDER GIRL" which hits the small screen on February 2nd, and the girl group will also be dropping their full-length album along with the release of their movie.
Meanwhile, 2NE1 recently is working on a new project with will.i.am (member of "Black Eyed Peas"). They coming closer since 2NE1's CL performing duet with BEP in MAMA 2011, and some sort of performance in New York by 2NE1 last December. The project itself was anticipated singles or even an album by "Blackjack" fans.
These girls will finally making their official debut into the biggest music market in the world, and their efforts are expected to gain in tangible result for Kpop and further spread of Hallyu all over the world.
