The Korean hot rock band CNBlue made an awesome score, as they are perform on prestigious "MTV Japan Unplugged". The band became the only Korean artist who ever performed on that show.
The show called "MTV Unplugged" was generally based on the acoustic sets and intimate performance from the interaction between the artist on the stage and fans. MTV Unplugged has many set of world-class performers such as: Eric Clapton, The Corrs and Mariah Carey. Hence making the CNBlue members were proud of their achievement.
Japan itself own version of the program began its broadcast last July. As an exclusive artist, CNBlue performs 12 songs including their Japanese tracks like, “Let’s Go Crazy”, “Try Again, Smile Again” and “Kimio”. In addition, the band also debuted the acoustic version for their Japanese major-label debut single, “In My Head”, as well as their newest number, “Where You Are”.
Away from the boys performance, the demand tickets of the show somewhat more than 15,000, as the "Boice" (CNBlue fans) wishing to attend the show. But such characteristic of MTV Unplugged it can only accept 150 attendees, in order to maintain the intimate.
Meanwhile, CNBlue Japan major debut album in October with the song “In My Head”, has already sold more than 100,000 copies.
