The newly formed girl group "Spica"recently got much attention due to their member Kim Bo Hyung rumors. Spica was a girl group formed by B2M Entertainment early January 2012.
Kim Bo Hyung was a lead vocal of Spica who actually a trainee on YG Entertainment for 2 years. The relationship among Kim Bo Hyung and YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk rumored brought a shocking decision, that Kim Bo Hyung was the next member of 2NE1. 2NE1 was also under YG Entertainment management.
Among an interview conducted with SportsKorea on January 31st, Kim Bo Hyung remarked, “I trained with the four 2NE1 members, however after 2NE1 made their debut as a 4-member group, CEO Yang Hyun Suk introduced me to this new label and I eventually became a member of SPICA.”
Despite, the Kim Bo Hyung refused to revealed this information to the public until now, the news was already spread. As she did not want the public to misunderstand that she was using this information as a way of promoting her new group, fortunately the fans seemed felt that was actually done.
Kim Bo Hyung states, “I learned a lot from YG Entertainment,” she said. “They taught me everything from A-Z. When I look at past videos of myself as a YG trainee, I can see where I was lacking. I want to develop those areas and become a more mature musician as a member of SPICA.”
As for information, Spica consisted of 5 members were, Jiwon who is a former member of Five Girls and T-ara and is also an actress and model. Narae was one of the Top 10 contestants in the first season of Superstar K. Joohyun was featured in Heo Young Saeng's solo single, "Let It Go". Kim Boa was Infinite's vocal trainer. Bohyung is a former YG trainee. Their first single, "Potently", features labelmate, Lee Hyori.
