Following his past car accident, Nichkhun has been charged by DUI (Driving Under the Influence) and have to pay a fine for about 4 million KRW ($3,500 USD).
On August 30th, Seoul Supreme Prosecutor's office released statement, "Nichkhun has already reached a settlement with the other party. Since there were no serious injury and his blood alcohol level was low, so we decided to put this case in summary judgement. There were no further investigations."
Nichkhun was charged with DUI with when his blood found out 0.056% alcohol level on 24th July after a small accident occurred on his way home, which made his driving license suspended for awhile.
